\u00b7      El dictamen tiene por objeto dar cumplimiento a la ejecutoria dictada en el juicio de amparo indirecto radicado en el expediente n\u00famero 1171\/2021 del Juzgado Primero de Distrito, en el Estado, respecto al haber de retiro que le corresponde al ex Magistrado Felipe Nava Lemus. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el Sal\u00f3n del Recinto Legislativo local, el d\u00eda siete de mayo del a\u00f1o en curso, las y los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el Diputado Fabricio Mena Rodr\u00edguez, aprobaron el dictamen con proyecto de Acuerdo por el que se otorga el haber de retiro que le corresponde al ex Magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado Felipe Nava Lemus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ese dict\u00e1men deriva del expediente parlamentario n\u00famero LXIV 083\/2024, en el que, en general, se atiende el cumplimiento de la ejecutoria dictada en el juicio de amparo indirecto que se tramita en expediente n\u00famero 1171\/2021, del Juzgado Primero de Distrito, en el Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, en el dictamen se propone otorgarle dicho haber por un lapso de tres a\u00f1os con base en sus \u00faltimas percepciones como Magistrado. Por lo que se plantea que en el primer a\u00f1o perciba el 70 por ciento; en el segundo a\u00f1o, el 60 por ciento y, en el tercer a\u00f1o, el 50 por ciento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo anterior se dictamin\u00f3 as\u00ed, con fundamento en el art\u00edculo 15 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial del Estado.El dictamen aprobado por la Comisi\u00f3n, se someter\u00e1 a consideraci\u00f3n del Pleno del Poder Legislativo Local, en pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, para dar continuidad al proceso legislativo correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
