{"id":123445,"date":"2024-05-23T21:18:51","date_gmt":"2024-05-24T03:18:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=123445"},"modified":"2024-05-25T21:19:08","modified_gmt":"2024-05-26T03:19:08","slug":"autoriza-congreso-local-enajenar-un-predio-al-municipio-de-ixtenco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=123445","title":{"rendered":"Autoriza Congreso local\u00a0enajenar un predio al municipio de Ixtenco\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Mediante la aprobaci\u00f3n del dictamen correspondiente al expediente parlamentario LXIV 149\/2022.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este jueves, durante la trig\u00e9sima s\u00e9ptima sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Congreso Local, las y los integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura, aprobaron el dictamen con proyecto de Decreto por el que se autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Ixtenco la desincorporaci\u00f3n del patrimonio municipal de una fracci\u00f3n del predio ubicado en carretera Puebla y camino que conduce a Pav\u00f3n de San Juan Ixtenco, municipio de Ixtenco, as\u00ed como ejercer actos de dominio respecto al citado inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, el Congreso del Estado estim\u00f3 procedente la solicitud del Ayuntamiento de Ixtenco, Tlaxcala, para desincorporar del registro patrimonial de ese municipio una fracci\u00f3n de un terreno que le pertenece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que, dicho Decreto entrar\u00e1 en vigor el d\u00eda siguiente al de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado de Tlaxcala.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mediante la aprobaci\u00f3n del dictamen correspondiente al expediente parlamentario LXIV 149\/2022.
