{"id":123519,"date":"2024-05-29T14:07:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T20:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=123519"},"modified":"2024-05-29T14:07:02","modified_gmt":"2024-05-29T20:07:02","slug":"infonavit-te-brinda-una-prorroga-si-estas-desempleado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=123519","title":{"rendered":"INFONAVIT TE\u00a0BRINDA UNA PR\u00d3RROGA SI EST\u00c1S DESEMPLEADO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Con&nbsp;Pr\u00f3rroga&nbsp;Total<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Infonavit&nbsp;podr\u00e1s suspender temporalmente el pago de tu cr\u00e9dito y tener seguridad sobre tu patrimonio.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si&nbsp;perdiste&nbsp;tu&nbsp;empleo,&nbsp;el Infonavit te ayuda&nbsp;a&nbsp;ponerte al corriente con tu&nbsp;hipoteca, a trav\u00e9s de la soluci\u00f3n de cobranza social&nbsp;<strong>Pr\u00f3rroga&nbsp;Total<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>,&nbsp;con la cual&nbsp;podr\u00e1s&nbsp;suspender&nbsp;temporalmente&nbsp;las acciones para&nbsp;el pago de tu cr\u00e9dito&nbsp;y tener seguridad sobre tu patrimonio.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo de suspensi\u00f3n de los pagos&nbsp;depende&nbsp;de&nbsp;la fecha en que se contrat\u00f3 el&nbsp;financiamiento:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;12 meses&nbsp;consecutivos&nbsp;sin el c\u00e1lculo de intereses, para los cr\u00e9ditos&nbsp;originados&nbsp;antes del 1 de julio de 1997.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hasta 24 meses&nbsp;(dividido en&nbsp;dos&nbsp;periodos de 12 meses)&nbsp;durante todo el pr\u00e9stamo, aplica a&nbsp;los cr\u00e9ditos&nbsp;generados&nbsp;despu\u00e9s&nbsp;del 1 de julio de 1997.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para acceder a esta soluci\u00f3n de pago&nbsp;es importante&nbsp;que&nbsp;haya&nbsp;pasado al menos un mes sin que puedas cumplir con los pagos de tu cr\u00e9dito.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerda que,&nbsp;todos los tr\u00e1mites ante el Infonavit son gratuitos, puedes solicitar&nbsp;una soluci\u00f3n de cobranza a trav\u00e9s de Mi Cuenta Infonavit&nbsp;(<strong><u><a href=\"http:\/\/micuenta.infonavit.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">micuenta.infonavit.org.mx<\/a><\/u><\/strong>)&nbsp;o asistir directamente a alguno de los Centros&nbsp;de Servicio Infonavit&nbsp;(Cesi)&nbsp;en el estado:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Cesi&nbsp;Apizaco:&nbsp;<\/strong>Boulevard&nbsp;Emilio&nbsp;Sanchez&nbsp;Piedras, ext. 409,&nbsp;colonia&nbsp;Centro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Cesi&nbsp;Tlaxcala:&nbsp;<\/strong>Boulevard Revoluci\u00f3n, ext. 56,&nbsp;colonia&nbsp;Atempan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00danete a la comunidad de Socio Infonavit y disfruta descuentos y beneficios exclusivos.
