La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) detuvo a un mando policiaco adscrito a la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Huamantla, luego de incurrir en el delito de usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se trata de Fabi\u00e1n N., quien fue designado como subdirector de la corporaci\u00f3n por la administraci\u00f3n municipal, que inici\u00f3 en 2021; sin embargo, no se encuentra activo como polic\u00eda en la Plataforma Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica, adem\u00e1s de que no tiene registro de aplicar sus ex\u00e1menes de Control y Confianza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La detenci\u00f3n se registr\u00f3 este jueves 30 de mayo en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles Negrete y Su\u00e1rez de Huamantla, cuando el mando policiaco viajaba en una patrulla de dicha comuna; al momento de su detenci\u00f3n, el ahora aprehendido llevaba una suma de dinero, la cual no acredit\u00f3 su posesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cabe mencionar que, durante una inspecci\u00f3n preventiva, elementos estatales le solicitaron a Fabi\u00e1n N. su credencial oficial que lo acreditara como elemento activo de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, pero solo mostr\u00f3 su identificaci\u00f3n como trabajador del ayuntamiento y la del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por lo anterior, elementos de la delegaci\u00f3n Huamantla procedieron con el aseguramiento y qued\u00f3 disposici\u00f3n ante la autoridad competente por el delito de usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
