La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC), a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n Operativa delegaci\u00f3n Apetatitl\u00e1n, asegur\u00f3 este fin de semana a Carlos N., por el delito de posesi\u00f3n y portaci\u00f3n ilegal de un arma de fuego en el municipio de Amaxac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Derivado de operativos de seguridad implementados para inhibir actos que atenten la paz social, elementos estatales -al encontrarse de recorrido sobre calle Los Pirules perteneciente a la Segunda Secci\u00f3n-, hicieron contacto con un veh\u00edculo Nissan Sentra, el cual era conducido de manera negligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante ello, elementos de seguridad estatal interceptaron el autom\u00f3vil y le solicitaron a trav\u00e9s del auto-parlante detener su marcha; al momento de realizar una inspecci\u00f3n preventiva a la unidad y al conductor, localizaron un arma de fuego tipo pistola, solicitando a quien se identific\u00f3 como Carlos N., de 49 a\u00f1os de edad, si contaba con un documento que acreditara la portaci\u00f3n de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante el hecho probable constitutivo de delito, elementos de la SSC informaron a Carlos N. el motivo de su detenci\u00f3n y aseguramiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finalmente, la persona, el arma y veh\u00edculo asegurado fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente, a fin de continuar con los procesos legales correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
