{"id":125192,"date":"2024-07-28T18:29:43","date_gmt":"2024-07-29T00:29:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=125192"},"modified":"2024-07-28T18:29:44","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T00:29:44","slug":"con-cecapdif-se-incorporan-sectores-vulnerables-al-mercado-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=125192","title":{"rendered":"CON CECAPDIF, SE INCORPORAN SECTORES VULNERABLES AL MERCADO LABORAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Al menos 45 personas con discapacidad y adultos mayores han conseguido un trabajo, tras participar en el programa de vinculaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Centro de Capacitaci\u00f3n para Personas con Discapacidad (Cecapdif), a cargo del Sistema Estatal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (SEDIF), ha logrado integrar a 45 personas con discapacidad y adultos mayores al sector laboral, gracias al programa de vinculaci\u00f3n en la que se establecen acciones y proyectos a favor de la inclusi\u00f3n de esta poblaci\u00f3n.<br>Los talleres que conforman este programa son impartidos por el Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n para el Trabajo del Estado de Tlaxcala (ICATLAX), los cuales est\u00e1n enfocados en fortalecer los conocimientos, talentos y habilidades de este sector para incorporarse alguna empresa, dependencia o proyecto de autoempleo.<br>En el periodo de noviembre a diciembre del 2023, se valoraron 15 hombres y 15 mujeres, de los cuales se integraron laboralmente 15 personas con discapacidad. Para 2024, se han valorado a 30 mujeres y 30 hombres, y de ellos, 30 personas se han integrado a empleos formales o autoempleo.<br>Las empresas a las que se han incorporado son: La Gran Bodega, Fertilizantes ServiTlax, Extra Ideal, Yale de M\u00e9xico, Kay Internacional, Morphoplast, Oxxo, Office Depot, as\u00ed como en proyectos productivos.<br>Aunado a las vinculaciones laborales, el Cecapdif brinda pl\u00e1ticas de prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de la discapacidad, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, igualdad de oportunidades y accesibilidad para la poblaci\u00f3n con y sin discapacidad.
