{"id":125939,"date":"2024-08-28T21:18:40","date_gmt":"2024-08-29T03:18:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=125939"},"modified":"2024-08-29T21:18:59","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T03:18:59","slug":"pendiente-comparecencia-del-presidente-municipal-de-ixtenco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=125939","title":{"rendered":"Pendiente comparecencia del presidente municipal de Ixtenco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>El presidente municipal de Ixtenco hizo llegar a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda Parlamentaria un justificante m\u00e9dico, donde expuso el motivo de su ausencia.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles, las y los diputados integrantes de la LXIV Legislatura, llevaron a cabo la sesi\u00f3n en la que se desarrollar\u00eda la comparecencia de Renato S\u00e1nchez Rojas, en su car\u00e1cter de presidente del municipio de Ixtenco, para explicar el motivo de su negativa a aceptar la recomendaci\u00f3n n\u00famero 05\/2023, expedida por la presidencia de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDHT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se ley\u00f3 el oficio enviado por el presidente de Ixtenco a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda Parlamentaria en la que S\u00e1nchez Rojas, justific\u00f3 su ausencia por razones de salud que le impidieron comparecer el d\u00eda de hoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior y en raz\u00f3n de no haberse cumplido el objetivo durante los trabajos de la LXIV Legislatura, las y los legisladores, decidieron con fundamento en lo dispuesto en el Art\u00edculo 85 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Congreso del Estado, poner el tema a disposici\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos que se integrar\u00e1 en la LXV Legislatura para en su caso, reprogramarla.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;El presidente municipal de Ixtenco hizo llegar a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda Parlamentaria un justificante m\u00e9dico, donde expuso el motivo de su ausencia.
