{"id":125987,"date":"2024-08-23T21:42:37","date_gmt":"2024-08-24T03:42:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=125987"},"modified":"2024-08-29T21:42:51","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T03:42:51","slug":"comision-da-por-concluidos-expedientes-parlamentarios-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=125987","title":{"rendered":"Comisi\u00f3n da por concluidos expedientes parlamentarios\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos present\u00f3 los informes sobre los expedientes&nbsp;LXIV 150\/2022 y LXIV 097\/2023.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la d\u00e9cima tercera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente, la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside la diputada Reyna Flor B\u00e1ez Lozano, present\u00f3 los informes correspondientes de los expedientes LXIV 150\/2022 y LXIV 097\/2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En voz de la diputada Brenda Cecilia Villantes Rodr\u00edguez, se explic\u00f3 que el expediente LXIV 150\/2022, el cual contiene la iniciativa de la coordinadora general y representante del consejo ciudadano 100 x Tlaxcala A.C., Mar\u00eda del Carmen Mazarrasa Corona, se estim\u00f3, que la iniciativa referida ha quedado sin materia, dado que el Congreso Local emiti\u00f3 un decreto relacionado con la misma materia, el cual fue aprobado por el Poder Constituyente Estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al expediente LXIV 097\/2023, en voz de la diputada F\u00e1tima Guadalupe P\u00e9rez Vargas, se explic\u00f3, que el expediente anteriormente referido que contiene la iniciativa presentada por la diputada Blanca \u00c1guila Lima, se estim\u00f3, que la iniciativa ha quedado sin materia, dado que el Congreso Local emiti\u00f3 Decreto con un pronunciamiento similar al planteamiento contenido en la iniciativa, con relaci\u00f3n a la misma materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos expedientes parlamentarios quedan sin materia, por lo que la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, se abstendr\u00e1 de emitir un dictamen con relaci\u00f3n a las iniciativas en comento, y en cambio, se formulan los presentes informes, desahogando los turnos correspondientes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos present\u00f3 los informes sobre los expedientes&nbsp;LXIV 150\/2022 y LXIV 097\/2023.
