La instalaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en presencia del secretario administrativo del Congreso, Gonzalo Gu\u00edzar V\u00e1zquez, quien atestigu\u00f3 el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el acto protocolario, el presidente del Comit\u00e9, el diputado Vicente&nbsp;Morales P\u00e9rez&nbsp;declar\u00f3 formal y legalmente instalado dicho \u00f3rgano y destac\u00f3 la importancia de este comit\u00e9 para garantizar el correcto manejo de los recursos y la administraci\u00f3n eficiente del Congreso.
