{"id":126222,"date":"2024-09-10T13:10:11","date_gmt":"2024-09-10T19:10:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=126222"},"modified":"2024-09-12T13:10:33","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T19:10:33","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-hombre-que-provoco-accidente-en-la-carretera-amozoc-perote-a-la-altura-de-cuapiaxtla-fgj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=126222","title":{"rendered":"VINCULAN A PROCESO A HOMBRE QUE PROVOC\u00d3 ACCIDENTE EN LA CARRETERA AMOZOC-PEROTE, A LA ALTURA DE CUAPIAXTLA: FGJ"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<em>Los hechos se suscitaron el pasado 1 de septiembre.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (FGJ) logr\u00f3 que un Juez de Control vinculara a proceso a Miguel N., por los delitos de homicidio de un menor de edad, lesiones y da\u00f1os por culpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los hechos, el pasado 1 de septiembre a trav\u00e9s del Servicio de Emergencias 911 se report\u00f3 un percance vial entre un veh\u00edculo marca Renault, color gris donde viajaba una familia y un tractocami\u00f3n marca Volvo, color blanco en la carretera Amozoc-Perote, a la altura del municipio de Cuapiaxtla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este suceso, elementos de la Guardia Nacional acudieron al lugar como primeros respondientes, donde se entrevistaron con las v\u00edctimas, quienes se\u00f1alaron a Miguel N., como presunto responsable de los hechos, por lo que fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la FGJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia inicial, el representante social expuso los datos de prueba y el Juez de la Causa resolvi\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso, por lo que le impuso prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada como medida cautelar, adem\u00e1s, concedi\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se presume inocente mientras no se declare su responsabilidad mediante sentencia emitida por la autoridad judicial (art\u00edculo 13 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022&nbsp;Los hechos se suscitaron el pasado 1 de septiembre.
