En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el Pleno de la LXV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad, con 24 votos a favor, la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Acuerdo por el que se exhorta respetuosamente a las autoridades municipales a no realizar nombramientos de directores de polic\u00eda municipal o su equivalente, sin cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en los art\u00edculos 17, 20, 85 y 86 de la Ley de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Ciudadana del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Seguridad P\u00fablica, Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social, busca garantizar el respeto a los principios de legalidad, objetividad, eficiencia, honradez y derechos humanos en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El exhorto presentado subraya la importancia de que los nombramientos de los titulares de las diversas instituciones policiales en los 60 municipios del estado se realicen conforme al marco legal vigente, tanto a nivel federal como estatal. De este modo, se asegura el correcto ejercicio de las facultades legales de las autoridades municipales en materia de seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
