En un trabajo cercano y pertinente con pobladores de Altamira de Guadalupe en el municipio de Huamantla, la comunidad estudiantil y acad\u00e9mica de la Maestr\u00eda en Ciencias en Gesti\u00f3n Integral en Cuencas Hidrogr\u00e1ficas de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Tlaxcala (UATx) impulsa un trabajo interinstitucional para identificar retos y proponer estrategias de soluci\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n sostenible del agua ante la escasez del servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ubicada al oriente de la entidad, en esta comunidad los habitantes reciben una hora de servicio de agua potable por semana, lo que tiene implicaciones para el desarrollo de sus actividades cotidianas, por ello, se organizaron los talleres \u00abImportancia de la mujer en el uso del agua\u00bb y \u00abEducaci\u00f3n ambiental a edades tempranas\u00bb, evento que inauguraron el Doctor Hip\u00f3lito Mu\u00f1oz Nava, Director de la Facultad de Agrobiolog\u00eda de la UATx, y el Doctor Seraf\u00edn R\u00edos Elorsa, Presidente de El Colegio Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De esta forma, estudiantes y acad\u00e9micos de la Maestr\u00eda en Ciencias en Gesti\u00f3n Integral en Cuencas Hidrogr\u00e1ficas e investigadores de El Colegio de Tlaxcala, como el Doctor Daniel Hern\u00e1ndez Hern\u00e1ndez, y del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n y Docencia Econ\u00f3mica con el Doctor Patrick Inglish, trabajaron en los talleres con los pobladores, quienes recibieron y aportaron valiosa informaci\u00f3n para establecer las medidas que permitan paliar el abasto de agua potable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dichas actividades forman parte del proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n \u00abGesti\u00f3n sustentable del agua para el desarrollo regional-local.
