En la novena sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la LXV Legislatura, la diputada Brenda Cecilia Villantes Rodr\u00edguez present\u00f3 la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Acuerdo por el que se exhorta respetuosamente a las autoridades municipales del Estado de Tlaxcala a realizar los nombramientos de directores de polic\u00eda o sus equivalentes conforme a los requisitos establecidos en la Ley de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Ciudadana del Estado de Tlaxcala, en cumplimiento con la Ley General del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lo anterior tiene el fin de actuar en congruencia con los principios de legalidad, objetividad, eficiencia, honradez y respeto a los derechos humanos, por lo que la propuesta destaca la obligatoriedad de aprobar las evaluaciones de certificaci\u00f3n y control de confianza para ocupar dichos cargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, la iniciativa de la diputada Villantes Rodr\u00edguez incluye un exhorto al \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior del Estado de Tlaxcala para que, en su Programa Anual de Auditor\u00edas o su equivalente, revise los procedimientos de asignaci\u00f3n de directores de polic\u00eda municipal correspondientes al periodo del 1 de septiembre de 2024 al 31 de agosto de 2027, a fin de verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable y la aprobaci\u00f3n de las evaluaciones requeridas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La propuesta fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Seguridad P\u00fablica y Reinserci\u00f3n Social, para su an\u00e1lisis, discusi\u00f3n y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
