LXV Legislatura minuta de reforma en materia de salarios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este jueves en Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria, P\u00fablica, el Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, aprob\u00f3 con 22 votos, la Minuta con Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforma el primer p\u00e1rrafo de la fracci\u00f3n VI del apartado A, tambi\u00e9n se adicion\u00f3 un tercer p\u00e1rrafo a la fracci\u00f3n IV del apartado B del art\u00edculo 123 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de salarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La minuta referida, fue votada inicialmente por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados por 478 votos, posteriormente fue aprobada por unanimidad de miembros presentes (124 votos) por el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica, por lo que, se remiti\u00f3 a los Congresos estatales para su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha reforma estableci\u00f3 que la fijaci\u00f3n anual de los salarios m\u00ednimos generales o profesionales, as\u00ed como la revisi\u00f3n de los mismos, nunca estar\u00e1 por debajo de la inflaci\u00f3n observada durante el periodo de su vigencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este jueves en
