En la d\u00e9cimo quinta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la LXV Legislatura, el diputado Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero Yonca present\u00f3 una Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto para expedir la Ley del Servicio Profesional de Carrera Policial del Estado y Municipios de Tlaxcala. Esta legislaci\u00f3n busca establecer un marco jur\u00eddico que garantice la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y dignificaci\u00f3n del servicio policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el diputado subray\u00f3 que la creaci\u00f3n de esta Ley es indispensable para asegurar la continuidad de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de seguridad y protecci\u00f3n ciudadana. En sus palabras, \u00abla ley proporcionar\u00e1 certidumbre y fortalecer\u00e1 los derechos de los servidores p\u00fablicos, elevando su labor al nivel de las exigencias democr\u00e1ticas de nuestro estado.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Iniciativa establece un sistema obligatorio y permanente de ingreso, formaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n del personal policial, basado en el m\u00e9rito y la capacidad, con el objetivo de profesionalizar el servicio y asegurar la eficiencia en la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica policial. Este sistema normativo abarca los procesos de reclutamiento, certificaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica, as\u00ed como la baja o separaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
