En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la LXV Legislatura, la diputada Engracia Morales Delgado present\u00f3 la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto que adiciona los p\u00e1rrafos segundo y tercero de la fracci\u00f3n I del art\u00edculo 22 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar el derecho al voto de los tlaxcaltecas que residen en el extranjero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la presentaci\u00f3n de la Iniciativa, Morales Delgado destac\u00f3 que esta reforma no s\u00f3lo armoniza el marco jur\u00eddico local con la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, sino que representa un acto de reconocimiento y justicia social hacia los migrantes tlaxcaltecas que, pese a estar fuera del pa\u00eds, contin\u00faan contribuyendo al progreso de sus familias y del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La propuesta establece que la ciudadan\u00eda tlaxcalteca residente en el extranjero tendr\u00e1 derecho a votar y ser votada en los comicios locales, espec\u00edficamente en la elecci\u00f3n de Gobernador y Diputados Locales, en concordancia con la legislaci\u00f3n nacional y estatal vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El proyecto fue turnado a la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n, Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos para su estudio, an\u00e1lisis y dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
