La diputada Soraya Noem\u00ed Bocardo Phillips present\u00f3 ante el pleno del Congreso del Estado la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo y el Reglamento Interior del Congreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La legisladora explic\u00f3 que su iniciativa tiene el objetivo primordial de establecer un marco normativo robusto en materia de gesti\u00f3n de archivos, por lo que considera indispensable contar con procedimientos claros y eficientes para la organizaci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, con el objetivo de fortalecer la confianza ciudadana en las instituciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tomando como referencia los expedientes parlamentarios LXIV 010\/2023, LXIV 064\/2022, LXIV 225\/2022, LXIV 228\/2022 y LXIV 010\/2023, el Proyecto de Decreto presentado por Bocardo Phillips adiciona el T\u00edtulo Octavo: Coordinaci\u00f3n de Archivos, Cap\u00edtulo \u00danico: Disposiciones Generales, con su respectivo articulado, a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Tlaxcala<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las reformas y adiciones propuestas contemplan la especificaci\u00f3n de las responsabilidades y atribuciones de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Archivos del Congreso del Estado, los requisitos y particularidades profesionales para la designaci\u00f3n del titular de dicha Coordinaci\u00f3n, el protocolo para su remoci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como especificaciones relacionadas con el archivo de cada \u00e1rea administrativa, entre otros aspectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este Proyecto de Decreto fue turnado a la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos de la LXV Legislatura para su an\u00e1lisis y dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
