La Fiscal General de Justicia del Estado, Ernestina Carro Rold\u00e1n, nombr\u00f3 a Teresa Ram\u00edrez Cort\u00e9s como titular de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n y Combate al Delito de Robo de Veh\u00edculos y Relacionados con la Seguridad Vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La funcionaria est\u00e1 facultada para investigar y combatir el delito de robo de veh\u00edculos en todas sus modalidades tales como: robo de autopartes, desvalijamiento, compraventa de veh\u00edculos o autopartes con reporte de robo, as\u00ed como el aseguramiento, recuperaci\u00f3n y devoluci\u00f3n de los autom\u00f3viles a sus propietarios y otras que marca la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teresa Ram\u00edrez Cort\u00e9s cuenta con una amplia experiencia en materia de investigaci\u00f3n, debido a su larga trayectoria al desempe\u00f1arse en diversos cargos desde el a\u00f1o 2010 en la Procuradur\u00eda General Justicia del Estado, tambi\u00e9n cuenta con estudios especializados en Manejo de Crisis y Negociaci\u00f3n; Perspectiva de g\u00e9nero; Amparo en el Sistema Acusatorio, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
