Los datos de prueba expuestos por el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (FGJ), permiti\u00f3 que V\u00edctor N., fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de acoso sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El imputado es investigado por los hechos ocurridos el 18 de enero del 2023 cuando la v\u00edctima al encontrarse en un negocio de venta de carne ubicado en la calle Aquiles Serd\u00e1n del municipio de Tlaxco, comenz\u00f3 a hacerle comentarios sexuales, as\u00ed como, seguirla en diversas ocasiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este hecho motiv\u00f3 que la agraviada presentara la denuncia ante el representante social y en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n llev\u00f3 a cabo los actos de investigaci\u00f3n que arrojaron como probable responsable a V\u00edctor N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la audiencia inicial, el Juez de Control consider\u00f3 suficientes los datos de prueba presentados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico y el hombre fue vinculado a proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
