La diputada Blanca \u00c1guila Lima present\u00f3 este martes durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Congreso del estado, la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales en Posesi\u00f3n de Sujetos Obligados del Estado de Tlaxcala, con el objetivo de garantizar la privacidad de las personas y proporcionar certeza jur\u00eddica en los tr\u00e1mites realizados por los sujetos obligados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En su intervenci\u00f3n, la legisladora subray\u00f3 que \u00abesto asegura la protecci\u00f3n de la privacidad de las personas y proporciona la certidumbre necesaria en un entorno digital en constante evoluci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, fortalece el papel del Instituto de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de Tlaxcala (IAIP) como garante de este derecho fundamental, asegurando que se respeten los principios constitucionales de privacidad y protecci\u00f3n de datos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La iniciativa de \u00c1guila Lima, plantea reformas a los art\u00edculos 4, 6 y 26, as\u00ed como adiciones a los art\u00edculos 9, 10, 19 y 47, y la creaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 21 Bis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El proyecto fue turnado a las Comisiones de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n, Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, y de Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
