La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, someti\u00f3 a votaci\u00f3n del Pleno, el Proyecto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Tribunal Electoral de Tlaxcala (TET), derivado del Proyecto de Decreto presentado por el Magistrado Presidente del TET, Miguel Nava Xochitiotzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre los argumentos presentados en la iniciativa, destaca que \u00abla defensa de los derechos pol\u00edtico-electorales se ha convertido en un elemento esencial para la construcci\u00f3n de sistemas democr\u00e1ticos\u00bb; por lo que se propone la creaci\u00f3n de la Defensor\u00eda P\u00fablica para la Atenci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos Pol\u00edticos-Electorales del Estado de Tlaxcala y la \u00abEscuela de Formaci\u00f3n Educativa Electoral\u00bb, ambos organismos pertenecientes al TET<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con estos antecedentes, las y los diputados de la LXV Legislatura aprobaron de manera un\u00e1nime las reformas a la fracci\u00f3n XIII y el p\u00e1rrafo segundo del art\u00edculo 7, la denominaci\u00f3n del T\u00edtulo Tercero \u00abDE LAS DIRECCIONES, ESCUELA, UNIDADES Y PERSONAL ADSCRITO A LA PRESIDENCIA\u00bb; y se adicionaron las fracciones IV Bis y IV Ter al art\u00edculo 5, las fracciones XIV y XV (recorri\u00e9ndose subsecuentemente la fracci\u00f3n XVI) del art\u00edculo 7, el Cap\u00edtulo X denominado \u00abDe la Defensor\u00eda P\u00fablica para la Atenci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos Pol\u00edticos-Electorales del Estado de Tlaxcala\u00bb, con sus respectivos art\u00edculos 98 Bis, 98 Ter, 98 Quater y 98 Quinquies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, se incorpor\u00f3 el Cap\u00edtulo XI, denominado \u00abDe la Escuela de Formaci\u00f3n Educativa Electoral\u00bb, con sus respectivos art\u00edculos 98 Sexies, 98 Septies, 98 Octies y 98 Nonies, ambos cap\u00edtulos al T\u00edtulo Tercero denominado \u00abDE LAS DIRECCIONES, ESCUELA, UNIDADES Y PERSONAL ADSCRITO A LA PRESIDENCIA\u00bb, todos de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Tribunal Electoral de Tlaxcala.
