En sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n, Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos de la LXV Legislatura, presidida por el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la Minuta con Proyecto de Decreto que reforma y adiciona diversos art\u00edculos de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Estas modificaciones abarcan los art\u00edculos 4\u00ba, 21, 41, 73, 116, 122 y 123, orientados hacia la Igualdad Sustantiva, la Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero, el Derecho de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia y la Erradicaci\u00f3n de la Brecha Salarial por Razones de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De igual forma, la Comisi\u00f3n emiti\u00f3 un dictamen con Proyecto de Decreto para la abrogaci\u00f3n de la Ley para la Administraci\u00f3n y Destino de Bienes Asegurados, Abandonados, Decomisados y Extinci\u00f3n de Dominio en el Estado de Tlaxcala, en un esfuerzo por actualizar el marco normativo estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
