En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la LXV Legislatura, la diputada Madai P\u00e9rez Carrillo present\u00f3 la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto para reformar la fracci\u00f3n VIII del art\u00edculo 26 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El objetivo de la propuesta es consolidar el derecho al deporte como una actividad transversal, alineada a est\u00e1ndares internacionales y enfocada en su promoci\u00f3n como herramienta de inclusi\u00f3n, desarrollo social y bienestar ciudadano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante su exposici\u00f3n de motivos, la legisladora destac\u00f3 que la actual redacci\u00f3n constitucional, aunque ha servido como base para pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en materia deportiva, requiere actualizarse para responder a la evoluci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y la din\u00e1mica del deporte a nivel global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para ello, la iniciativa se sustenta en principios rectores de instrumentos internacionales como la Carta Ol\u00edmpica del Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico Internacional y la Carta Internacional de la Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica de la UNESCO, incorporando conceptos como el fair play, la justicia deportiva, la inclusi\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La propuesta subraya la importancia del deporte como motor de cohesi\u00f3n social, promotor de derechos fundamentales y generador de oportunidades para atletas tlaxcaltecas en el \u00e1mbito local e internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
