Durante la vig\u00e9simo octava sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Congreso del Estado, las diputadas y los diputados que integran la Mesa Directiva de la LXV Legislatura presentaron ante el Pleno el acuerdo por el que se declara aprobado el Decreto que estipula reformas, adiciones y derogaciones de diversas disposiciones a la Constituci\u00f3n en materia de reforma al Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En voz de la diputada Brenda Cecilia Villantes Rodr\u00edguez, se inform\u00f3 que de los 60 ayuntamientos de Tlaxcala, 31 remitieron a la oficial\u00eda de partes una copia certificada del acta de cabildo en la que aprobaron el Decreto 119, que contiene reformas a los art\u00edculos 19, 22, 25, 35, 44, 54, 60, 70, 79, 80, 83, 84, 85, 89, 95, 97 Bis, 109 y 112 Bis de la Constituci\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los municipios que aprobaron el Decreto fueron: Tlaxcala, San Dami\u00e1n Texoloc, Espa\u00f1ita, Mu\u00f1oz de Domingo Arenas, Tepeyanco, Santa Cruz Tlaxcala, Apizaco, Totolac, Tepetitla de Lardiz\u00e1bal, Sanct\u00f3rum de L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, San Lorenzo Axocomanitla, Tlaxco, Panotla, Tenancingo, Tetlatlauhca, San Jer\u00f3nimo Zacualpan, Calpulalpan, Tocatl\u00e1n, Ixtenco, Huamantla, Ixtacuixtla de Mariano Matamoros, Teolocholco, Amaxac de Guerrero, Santa Isabel Xiloxoxtla, La Magdalena Tlaltelulco, Tetla de la Solidaridad, Xaloztoc, El Carmen Tequexquitla, San Lucas Tecopilco, Chiautempan y Benito Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se destac\u00f3 que los ayuntamientos restantes ten\u00edan la facultad de votar el proyecto, sin que ello afectara el proceso legislativo, ya que con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda de los municipios se dio cumplimiento a lo estipulado en el art\u00edculo 120 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala.
