En el Sal\u00f3n Rojo del Palacio Legislativo, la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos celebr\u00f3 sesi\u00f3n ordinaria en la que se analizaron puntos relevantes del Programa Legislativo, incluyendo Iniciativas de Ley presentadas por los Poderes Ejecutivo y Judicial del Estado, orientadas a beneficiar a la poblaci\u00f3n tlaxcalteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El primer proyecto de decreto analizado contempla la implementaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Mecanismos Alternativos para la Soluci\u00f3n de Controversias (MASC) del Estado de Tlaxcala, remitido al Congreso por el Poder Judicial local. Este proyecto busca armonizar el marco jur\u00eddico estatal con el federal y establecer formas alternativas para resolver conflictos sin recurrir a procesos judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, se analiz\u00f3 la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto que propone adicionar una fracci\u00f3n X BIS al art\u00edculo 12 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tlaxcala, remitido por el Poder Ejecutivo de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras su valoraci\u00f3n, las y los diputados que integran la Comisi\u00f3n, presidida por el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, votaron por unanimidad el Dictamen de ambos Proyectos, remiti\u00e9ndolos a las presidencias de la Mesa Directiva y de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la LXV Legislatura para continuar con los siguientes pasos del tr\u00e1mite legislativo correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
