La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, presidida por el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, celebr\u00f3 sesi\u00f3n en el Sal\u00f3n Rojo del Congreso del Estado para analizar y estudiar el Dictamen con Proyecto de Decreto por el que se aprueba la Minuta con Proyecto de Decreto que reforma y adiciona los art\u00edculos 4\u00b0 y 27\u00b0 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos en materia de conservaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los ma\u00edces nativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las modificaciones buscan garantizar la preservaci\u00f3n de las 59 razas de ma\u00edces nativos, priorizando la protecci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad, la soberan\u00eda alimentaria y el manejo agroecol\u00f3gico. Asimismo, se impulsa la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, la innovaci\u00f3n y el reconocimiento de los conocimientos tradicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El proyecto tambi\u00e9n plantea que el Estado promover\u00e1 condiciones para el desarrollo rural, cultural, econ\u00f3mico y de salud, adem\u00e1s del fortalecimiento de los cultivos tradicionales con semillas nativas. Se destaca la importancia de un uso \u00f3ptimo de la tierra, libre de cultivos de ma\u00edz gen\u00e9ticamente modificado, as\u00ed como el fortalecimiento de las instituciones p\u00fablicas nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n un\u00e1nime del Dictamen, el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales de la LXV Legislatura, Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, instruy\u00f3 su remisi\u00f3n a la Mesa Directiva y a la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado para continuar con el tr\u00e1mite legislativo correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
