Las diputadas y diputados integrantes de la LXV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala declararon aprobado el Decreto n\u00famero 133, mediante el cual se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado, con el objetivo de fortalecer la igualdad sustantiva entre mujeres y hombres, garantizar la equidad salarial, establecer la paridad de g\u00e9nero en la seguridad p\u00fablica y reforzar la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El proceso legislativo inici\u00f3 el 13 de febrero de 2025, cuando la LXV Legislatura aprob\u00f3 el Proyecto de Decreto y lo remiti\u00f3 a los 60 ayuntamientos del estado para su an\u00e1lisis, conforme al art\u00edculo 120 de la Constituci\u00f3n local. Del 19 de febrero al 24 de marzo, 19 ayuntamientos enviaron sus actas de Cabildo en respaldo al proyecto, mientras que los 41 restantes, al no emitir respuesta dentro del plazo establecido, lo aprobaron de manera t\u00e1cita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Mesa Directiva del Congreso, con base en la certificaci\u00f3n remitida por el Secretario Parlamentario, Licenciado Fernando Rodrigo L\u00f3pez Torres, declar\u00f3 aprobado el Decreto 133 y orden\u00f3 su remisi\u00f3n al Poder Ejecutivo para su publicaci\u00f3n. Durante la sesi\u00f3n del Pleno, las diputadas Mar\u00eda Ana Bertha Mastranzo Corona y Sandra Guadalupe Aguilar Vega dieron lectura al documento, destacando su importancia para armonizar la legislaci\u00f3n estatal con los principios de igualdad sustantiva establecidos en el marco normativo federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
