Con el objetivo de prevenir y mitigar los efectos de los incendios forestales, la diputada Anel Mart\u00ednez P\u00e9rez, present\u00f3 ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado la Iniciativa para Adicionar y Reformar diversas disposiciones de la Ley de Desarrollo Forestal Sustentable de Tlaxcala. La propuesta busca establecer un marco normativo m\u00e1s robusto sobre el manejo y uso del fuego en los ecosistemas forestales de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, la legisladora destac\u00f3 que Tlaxcala ha registrado 77 incendios forestales en lo que va del a\u00f1o, seg\u00fan cifras de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y CONAFOR. Estos siniestros, dijo, afectan directamente a la biodiversidad, la conectividad ecol\u00f3gica y contribuyen al cambio clim\u00e1tico. Ante este panorama, propuso incorporar conceptos clave como \u00abmanejo del fuego\u00bb y \u00abuso planificado del fuego\u00bb en la legislaci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La reforma tambi\u00e9n plantea modificar la fracci\u00f3n VIII del art\u00edculo 12 de la ley vigente para incluir de manera expl\u00edcita la promoci\u00f3n de programas de educaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y cultura forestal enfocados al manejo del fuego, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las autoridades federales. Con ello, se busca una participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s activa de la ciudadan\u00eda y los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno en tareas de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
