La diputada Engracia Morales Delgado, present\u00f3 la iniciativa para reformar la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n para el Estado de Tlaxcala, con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar una educaci\u00f3n intercultural y pluriling\u00fce que reconozca y respete los derechos de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos a la par de integrar una estrategia para proteger las lenguas originarias existentes en Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la trig\u00e9sima tercera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, la legisladora destac\u00f3 que su propuesta busca armonizar el marco normativo estatal con la Ley General de Educaci\u00f3n y el modelo de la \u00abNueva Escuela Mexicana\u00bb, promoviendo una educaci\u00f3n pertinente, inclusiva y culturalmente significativa, compromiso adquirido por M\u00e9xico en la \u00abAgenda 2030\u00bb de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Morales Delgado enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de proteger las lenguas ind\u00edgenas y de asegurar que las comunidades originarias cuenten con materiales did\u00e1cticos en su lengua materna, fortaleciendo su identidad y fomentando el respeto a su cosmovisi\u00f3n, subrayando que la educaci\u00f3n debe ser un espacio de inclusi\u00f3n donde se reconozca la diversidad cultural y ling\u00fc\u00edstica del estado, recordando que Tlaxcala cuenta con una poblaci\u00f3n significativa de hablantes de lenguas ind\u00edgenas, seg\u00fan datos del INEGI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La iniciativa que busca reformar los Art\u00edculos 4, 62 sexies, 63, 63 Bis, y adicionar los art\u00edculos 63 Ter y un segundo p\u00e1rrafo a los art\u00edculos 138 y 143 de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n para el Estado de Tlaxcala, fue turnada a las Comisiones Unidas de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda y de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos para su estudio, an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
