La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de una Comisi\u00f3n Especial encargada de atender la sentencia dictada por el Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa del Estado, dentro del expediente 75\/2023-3, derivado del Recurso de Revisi\u00f3n interpuesto por la ciudadana Leticia Ramos Cuautle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La resoluci\u00f3n judicial, dictada el 7 de octubre de 2024 y declarada ejecutoriada el 20 de marzo de 2025, ordena al Congreso subsanar las omisiones en el dictamen emitido el 24 de marzo de 2023 por una comisi\u00f3n previa. En dicho dictamen, esta Soberan\u00eda hab\u00eda declarado improcedente la solicitud de indemnizaci\u00f3n por responsabilidad patrimonial del Estado presentada por la promovente. Sin embargo, el Tribunal resolvi\u00f3 que dicho dictamen carec\u00eda de fundamentaci\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n suficientes, por lo que determin\u00f3 su nulidad relativa y orden\u00f3 su reposici\u00f3n conforme a derecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En ese contexto, la nueva Comisi\u00f3n Especial fue aprobada por Acuerdo de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, en sesi\u00f3n celebrada el 3 de julio de 2025, con el prop\u00f3sito de dar cumplimiento puntual a la ejecutoria y evitar consecuencias legales por desacato siendo integrada por el diputado Bladimir Zainos Flores como presidente, y por las diputadas Mar\u00eda Aurora Villeda Temoltzin y Sandra Guadalupe Aguilar Vega como vocales.
