– Congreso analiza \u201cRetos de la Justicia Digital y la Inteligencia Artificial en el Derecho\u201d, durante foro \u00abTransitando hacia el Constitucionalismo del Siglo XXI\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo puede haber justicia digital sin justicia social\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la diputada presidenta de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, Laura Artemisa Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez, al participar en el foro \u00abTransitando hacia el Constitucionalismo del Siglo XXI\u201d, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la sede del Poder Legislativo, donde hizo un llamado a trabajar por una justicia digital con rostro humano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La legisladora destac\u00f3 que si bien es cierto existe la urgencia de integrar la tecnolog\u00eda en el sistema de justicia para erradicar la burocracia, agilizar procesos y hacerlos m\u00e1s accesibles, \u00e9sta debe darse con amplio sentido humano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante este foro donde se abord\u00f3 el quinto eje tem\u00e1tico relacionado con los \u201cRetos de la Justicia Digital y la Inteligencia Artificial en el Derecho\u201d, la diputada Laura Artemisa Garc\u00eda se\u00f1al\u00f3 la oportunidad que tiene el Congreso del Estado de innovar y regular las herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para que sirvan a la sociedad con \u00e9tica, igualdad, justicia y equidad, evitando retrocesos en las interacciones sociales y la calidad humana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, la diputada Azucena Rosas Tapia se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Derecho tiene la capacidad de adaptarse y evolucionar en este dinamismo humano para incorporar los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, sin perder la esencia de la b\u00fasqueda de justicia, igualdad y dignidad para todas y todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El foro, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el marco de los festejos del Bicentenario de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla, fue presidido por la presidenta de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, Laura Artemisa Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez; la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva, Laura Guadalupe Vargas Vargas; la diputada Azucena Rosas tapia; el Secretario General del Congreso, Julio Leopoldo De Lara Valera y la titular del Voluntariado del Congreso del Estado, Minerva Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
