con la&nbsp;\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1a&nbsp;\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e&nbsp;\ud835\udc05\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\u0301\ud835\udc27&nbsp;\ud835\udc32&nbsp;\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc33\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\u0301\ud835\udc27&nbsp;\ud835\udc03\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e&nbsp;\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\u0303\ud835\udc28&nbsp;\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfce\ud835\udfd0\ud835\udfd3, que organiza la Unidad Institucional de Profesionalizaci\u00f3n Docente de la Secretar\u00eda Acad\u00e9mica, ante la planta docente reunida en el Centro Cultural Universitario, el investigador em\u00e9rito explic\u00f3 que esta perspectiva se vincula con la pol\u00edtica educativa nacional, que ha colocado al \u00abhumanismo mexicano\u00bb como eje central de los procesos formativos, promoviendo la integraci\u00f3n entre conocimiento profesional y compromiso social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que el Seminario de Praxis Profesional parte de un problema real de la profesi\u00f3n que tenga beneficio social, vincula la teor\u00eda con la pr\u00e1ctica, la formaci\u00f3n profesional con la acci\u00f3n profesional, y la formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica con las necesidades sociales que la profesi\u00f3n pueda contribuir a solucionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s adelante, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la implementaci\u00f3n del Seminario presenta retos para los docentes, pero el acompa\u00f1amiento brindado en estas jornadas les permite comprender y aplicar la metodolog\u00eda, y tambi\u00e9n inspirar a su alumnado sobre el valor del enfoque comunitario y la integraci\u00f3n de saberes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su disertaci\u00f3n, el Doctor D\u00edaz Barriga se\u00f1al\u00f3 algunos puntos a cuidar para poder seguir avanzando tales como: Implementar continua formaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n por la planta docente que a\u00fan no se ha incorporado del todo, cuidar al profesorado pionero, reconociendo su esfuerzo y redistribuyendo la carga docente, y lograr ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 donde los proyectos integren saberes y generen un impacto real en la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el investigador precis\u00f3 que una planeaci\u00f3n debe estar compuesta por la presentaci\u00f3n del desaf\u00edo, an\u00e1lisis de conocimientos previos y necesidades, planificaci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n, b\u00fasqueda y s\u00edntesis de informaci\u00f3n, elaboraci\u00f3n del producto final, presentaci\u00f3n del producto final y evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, subray\u00f3 que esta&nbsp;<a>transici\u00f3n del modelo ha fortalecido el reconocimiento social y comunitario de la Universidad<\/a>, as\u00ed como el de empresarios, madres y padres de familia, y organizaciones externas, destacando a la Universidad como una instituci\u00f3n cercana a su
