En el Auditorio \u00abJosefina Garc\u00eda Quintanar\u00bb del Poliforum \u00abCarlos Mart\u00ednez Balmori\u00bb, el Doctor Seraf\u00edn Ortiz estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por su hom\u00f3logo, el Doctor Octavio Castillo Acosta, Rector de la UAEH, y por el Licenciado Marco Antonio Alfaro Morales, Presidente de la Feria Universitaria del Libro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante estudiantes y acad\u00e9micos de la UAEH, el Doctor Ortiz expuso las principales caracter\u00edsticas del MHIC y c\u00f3mo su implementaci\u00f3n ha transformado la pr\u00e1ctica educativa en el aula, al integrar la teor\u00eda y la pr\u00e1ctica, afianzando una estrecha vinculaci\u00f3n con la sociedad, ubicando al estudiante como un agente transformador de las circunstancias de la colectividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 las coincidencias que existen entre el modelo educativo de la Aut\u00f3noma de Tlaxcala y el Sistema de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Acreditaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (SEAES), con \u00e9nfasis en la autorrealizaci\u00f3n como el eje que est\u00e1 presente en la innovaci\u00f3n, excelencia, interculturalidad, igualdad social y de g\u00e9nero, responsabilidad social, inclusi\u00f3n y vanguardia, los cuales son coincidentes con los caracteres del homo universitatis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
