La Comisi\u00f3n de Procuraci\u00f3n y Administraci\u00f3n de Justicia del Congreso analiza la iniciativa por virtud de la cual se deroga la fracci\u00f3n II del art\u00edculo 875 Ter y se adiciona el art\u00edculo 875 Qu\u00e1ter, ambos del C\u00f3digo Civil para el Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla, con relaci\u00f3n a la Acci\u00f3n de Inconstitucionalidad 73\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se expuso una iniciativa relacionada con el tema en cuesti\u00f3n, as\u00ed como los criterios establecidos por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n para atender los requerimientos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
