Esta tarde, las y los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, aprobaron por unanimidad tres dict\u00e1menes en distintos rubros, orientados a fortalecer el marco jur\u00eddico estatal y promover el desarrollo integral de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El primero corresponde al dictamen por el que se reforman diversas disposiciones del Decreto n\u00famero 32, que crea el Fondo Macro para el Desarrollo Integral de Tlaxcala (FOMTLAX). La iniciativa, presentada por la gobernadora Lorena Cu\u00e9llar Cisneros, tiene como prop\u00f3sito modernizar la estructura y operaci\u00f3n del organismo, con el fin de hacerlo m\u00e1s eficiente en la canalizaci\u00f3n de recursos financieros hacia proyectos productivos y sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, se aprob\u00f3 el dictamen con proyecto de decreto para modificar la denominaci\u00f3n de la Ley del Instituto Tlaxcalteca para la Educaci\u00f3n de los Adultos, que pasar\u00e1 a llamarse Ley del Instituto Tlaxcalteca para la Educaci\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes y Personas Adultas. Con ello, se actualiza el marco normativo de la instituci\u00f3n y se reconocen los esfuerzos educativos dirigidos a personas j\u00f3venes que no han concluido su formaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finalmente, se aval\u00f3 el dictamen con proyecto de acuerdo para autorizar la desincorporaci\u00f3n de dos bienes muebles del patrimonio municipal de Tetla de la Solidaridad, ubicados en las comunidades de Actipac y Capulac, que se encuentran en mal estado y representan un riesgo para la poblaci\u00f3n, permitiendo al Ayuntamiento ejercer actos de dominio sobre los mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
