Bajo la organizaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica y Posgrado y la moderaci\u00f3n de la Maestra Rosalinda Armas G\u00f3mez, Docente de la Facultad de Ciencias Econ\u00f3mico Administrativas, la ponente subray\u00f3 que cuando una mujer lidera con empat\u00eda, transforma su entorno y el futuro de quienes la siguen. Destac\u00f3 que el liderazgo femenino no solo impulsa el cambio en las instituciones, sino que tambi\u00e9n redefine las relaciones, las decisiones y la forma de construir comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante su participaci\u00f3n, la Doctora Patricia Meneses se\u00f1al\u00f3 que pese a los avances logrados en materia de igualdad de g\u00e9nero, la presencia de mujeres en puestos de alta direcci\u00f3n contin\u00faa siendo limitada. En este sentido, propuso estrategias para fortalecer la equidad y la no violencia institucional, como la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de igualdad y protocolos contra el acoso, la transparencia salarial, la adopci\u00f3n de procesos con enfoque de g\u00e9nero y la capacitaci\u00f3n en liderazgo inclusivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Agreg\u00f3 que liderar con prop\u00f3sito implica mucho m\u00e1s que dirigir, es tejer empat\u00eda, \u00e9tica y sostenibilidad en cada decisi\u00f3n, en s\u00ed, es asumir el compromiso de construir entornos donde la igualdad no sea una meta, sino una pr\u00e1ctica cotidiana, y donde la no violencia se practique como eje fundamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al cierre, la Doctora Meneses Ortiz reflexion\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n femenina en cargos directivos dentro del sector p\u00fablico se asocia con una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente, mayor transparencia y una mejor distribuci\u00f3n de los recursos, factores que contribuyen al fortalecimiento de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y al bienestar social.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
