El diputado Miguel \u00c1ngel Caballero Yonca present\u00f3 ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto por la que se propone declarar a la Ciudad de Huamantla como Capital del Estado de Tlaxcala por un \u00fanico d\u00eda, el diecis\u00e9is de noviembre de 2025, con el prop\u00f3sito de conmemorar la Batalla de Tecoac, hecho hist\u00f3rico determinante en la conformaci\u00f3n nacional de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, Caballero Yonca record\u00f3 que desde el a\u00f1o 2021, la LXIII Legislatura aprob\u00f3 mediante el Decreto 359 el traslado de los Poderes del Estado a Huamantla cada diecis\u00e9is de noviembre, con motivo de la conmemoraci\u00f3n de dicha batalla. Destac\u00f3 que, por normatividad, este acto debe ser refrendado anualmente mediante la aprobaci\u00f3n del correspondiente Decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras la presentaci\u00f3n de la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto, se instruy\u00f3 su remisi\u00f3n a la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos para su estudio, an\u00e1lisis y dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
