En sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Trabajo, Competitividad y Previsi\u00f3n Social del Congreso, se aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de acuerdo por virtud del cual se exhorta a la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Trabajo del Estado para que, de conformidad con sus atribuciones y en atenci\u00f3n a la normatividad aplicable, lleve a cabo acciones de promoci\u00f3n y vigilancia para el cumplimiento del pago de aguinaldo y dem\u00e1s prestaciones laborales en tiempo y forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al hacer uso de la palabra, el diputado promovente del exhorto, Elpidio D\u00edaz Escobar, agradeci\u00f3 el compromiso de las y los legisladores con las y los trabajadores para que se cumpla con el pago del aguinaldo antes del 20 de diciembre, tal como lo marca la norma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por su parte, el diputado Jos\u00e9 Luis Figueroa Cort\u00e9s reconoci\u00f3 la propuesta de su compa\u00f1ero y enfatiz\u00f3 que el pago del aguinaldo no es un favor, sino un derecho conquistado por la clase trabajadora, ante las extensas jornadas y el compromiso que mantienen en su responsabilidad laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
