{"id":131347,"date":"2025-12-10T08:26:32","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T14:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=131347"},"modified":"2025-12-10T08:26:32","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T14:26:32","slug":"aprueba-comision-del-congreso-73-leyes-de-ingresos-municipales-para-el-ejercicio-fiscal-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=131347","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba Comisi\u00f3n del Congreso 73 Leyes de Ingresos Municipales para el ejercicio fiscal 2026&nbsp;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"s9\">En sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda y Patrimonio Municipal, las y los diputados aprobaron los dict\u00e1menes correspondientes a 73 Leyes de Ingresos Municipales para el ejercicio fiscal 2026 y la Zonificaci\u00f3n Catastral y Tablas de Valores Unitarios de Suelos Urbanos y R\u00fasticos, as\u00ed como los Valores Catastrales de Construcci\u00f3n por metro cuadrado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">Ante las y los diputados, el subsecretario de Ingresos, Marco Polo S\u00e1nchez Farf\u00e1n, explic\u00f3 que en las 73 iniciativas se mantienen las tasas del impuesto predial, se actualizan las cuotas en materia de derechos en un cuatro por ciento, correspondiente a la inflaci\u00f3n y se homologan montos en respuesta a las resoluciones judiciales en los casos que as\u00ed procede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">Las Leyes de Ingresos aprobadas en la Comisi\u00f3n corresponden a los municipios de Acateno, Acatl\u00e1n, Acatzingo,&nbsp;Acteopan,&nbsp;Ahuazotepec,&nbsp;Aljojuca,&nbsp;Amixtl\u00e1n, Atempan,&nbsp;Atexcal,&nbsp;Atlequizay\u00e1n, Atlixco,&nbsp;Ayotoxco&nbsp;de Guerrero, Calpan, Ca\u00f1ada Morelos, Chalchicomula de Sesma, Chapulco,&nbsp;Chigmecatitl\u00e1n, Chignahuapan y&nbsp;Chignautla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">Adem\u00e1s, Coronango,&nbsp;Cuautinchan, Cuetzalan del Progreso,&nbsp;Cuyoaco,&nbsp;Eloxochitl\u00e1n,&nbsp;Epatl\u00e1n, Francisco Z. Mena, General Felipe \u00c1ngeles, Guadalupe Victoria,&nbsp;Honey, Huaquechula, Huauchinango, Huehuetl\u00e1n el Grande, Hueyapan,&nbsp;Hueytamalco,&nbsp;Hueytlalpan, Ixcaquixtla,&nbsp;Ixtacamaxtitl\u00e1n, Libres,&nbsp;Molcaxac, Oriental, Quecholac, San Andr\u00e9s Cholula, San Diego la Mesa&nbsp;Tochimiltzingo, San Gregorio Atzompa, San Juan Atenco y San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">De igual forma, San Salvador Huixcolotla, Santa In\u00e9s&nbsp;Ahuatempan, Santa Isabel Cholula, Soltepec, Tecamachalco, Tepanco de L\u00f3pez, Tepeaca, Tepetzintla,&nbsp;Teteles&nbsp;de \u00c1vila Castillo, Tianguismanalco, Tilapa, Tlahuapan, Tlaltenango, Tlanepantla,&nbsp;Tlaola, Tochimilco,&nbsp;Tochtepec, Vicente Guerrero,&nbsp;Xicotl\u00e1n,&nbsp;Xochiapulco,&nbsp;Xochiltepec, Xochitl\u00e1n Todos Santos,&nbsp;Yaon\u00e1huac,&nbsp;Yehualtepec,&nbsp;Zacapala, Zautla y Zaragoza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, el diputado Rafael Alejandro&nbsp;MicalcoM\u00e9ndez puso \u00e9nfasis en la necesidad de establecer un subsidio en los casos en los que el cobro por el Derecho de Alumbrado P\u00fablico (DAP) es elevado, sobre todo en los municipios con baja cantidad de&nbsp;poblaci\u00f3n.
