En sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica ordinaria del Congreso del Estado, la diputada Cinthya Gabriela Chumacero Rodr\u00edguez present\u00f3 una iniciativa para reformar diversas disposiciones del C\u00f3digo Civil, con el objetivo de garantizar los derechos de todas las personas y atender el mandato de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) en materia de infancias trans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La propuesta legislativa considera reformas a los art\u00edculos 831 y 875 bis, donde se especifica que toda persona, sin distinci\u00f3n de edad, tiene derecho a solicitar un acta de nacimiento para el reconocimiento de su identidad de g\u00e9nero autopercibida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, se agrega el art\u00edculo 875 quater, con la descripci\u00f3n del procedimiento sumario para actas para ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La iniciativa presentada por la diputada retoma los requerimientos se\u00f1alados por la SCJN en la acci\u00f3n de inconstitucionalidad 73\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
