Pellegrino y Nespresso, consolid\u00e1ndose como epicentro de la alta cocina nacional y del reconocimiento al talento gastron\u00f3mico, destac\u00f3 la secretaria de Bienestar, Laura Artemisa Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez, quien acudi\u00f3 en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador Alejandro Armenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La titular de la dependencia destac\u00f3 que Puebla en 2025 \u201crecibi\u00f3 17 millones 623 mil visitantes, el 5.3% m\u00e1s que en 2024, generando una gran derrama econ\u00f3mica\u201d, en este sentido reconoci\u00f3 a la secretaria de Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico, Carla L\u00f3pez Malo, como una joven talentosa que trabaja con mucha pasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el encuentro celebraron la identidad, creatividad y excelencia de la cocina mexicana, en esta emblem\u00e1tica ciudad reconocida por la UNESCO como Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad \u201cy es que la historia, tambi\u00e9n pasa por nuestra cocina y nuestro estado es rico por su gastronom\u00eda y las manos que preparan los m\u00e1s deliciosos platillos, llenos de tradici\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Laura Artemisa Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la velada, las y los chefs galardonados recibieron mandiles y placas conmemorativas, s\u00edmbolos del esfuerzo, la pasi\u00f3n y el prestigio que distingue a quienes integran esta importante gu\u00eda gastron\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este reconocimiento se enmarca en la visi\u00f3n de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum, de fortalecer la cultura, el turismo y el orgullo por lo hecho en M\u00e9xico, posicionando a la gastronom\u00eda como una expresi\u00f3n viva de nuestra historia y diversidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CIUDAD DE PUEBLA, Pue.- Puebla fue sede de la Gala de los 250 Restaurantes de M\u00e9xico, organizada por la Gu\u00eda M\u00e9xico Gastron\u00f3mico, Culinaria Mexicana, de S.
