Durante el desarrollo de la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Congreso del Estado de Tlaxcala, la diputada Laura Yamili Flores Lozano present\u00f3 ante el Pleno la Iniciativa por la que propone armonizar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala en materia de Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato del cargo de Gobernador del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de reformas y adiciones diversas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En su exposici\u00f3n de motivos, la legisladora explic\u00f3 que la propuesta tiene como objetivo armonizar la Constituci\u00f3n local con la reforma constitucional federal publicada en diciembre de 2019, mediante la cual se estableci\u00f3 la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato como un mecanismo de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana para evaluar el desempe\u00f1o de las personas titulares del Poder Ejecutivo y, en su caso, determinar la conclusi\u00f3n anticipada de su encargo por p\u00e9rdida de la confianza ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La diputada sostuvo que este instrumento fortalece la democracia participativa, al ampliar los mecanismos de control y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, y permite a la ciudadan\u00eda incidir de manera directa en la evaluaci\u00f3n del ejercicio del poder, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del momento electoral, contribuyendo as\u00ed a una mayor cercan\u00eda entre gobernantes y sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La legisladora, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que corresponde al Congreso del Estado la responsabilidad de armonizar la Constituci\u00f3n local conforme a lo establecido en la reforma constitucional federal publicada en diciembre de 2019, a fin de garantizar el derecho ciudadano a solicitar la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato en el \u00e1mbito estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras su presentaci\u00f3n, la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto por la que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Tlaxcala, en materia de Revocaci\u00f3n de Mandato del cargo de Gobernador del Estado fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos para su estudio, an\u00e1lisis y dictamen correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
