Las diputadas y diputados que integran las Comisiones de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, y la de Salud del Congreso del Estado, presididas por el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera y la diputada Mar\u00eda Ana Bertha Mastranzo Corona respectivamente, aprobaron el dictamen por el que se reforman, adicionan y derogan diversas disposiciones de la Ley de Salud del Estado de Tlaxcala, con el objetivo de homologar la legislaci\u00f3n local con la Ley General de Salud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
El dictamen plantea una actualizaci\u00f3n integral del marco jur\u00eddico estatal para armonizar el derecho humano a la salud bajo los principios de universalidad, gratuidad, igualdad e inclusi\u00f3n, fortaleciendo la rector\u00eda de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Estado y alineando las competencias locales con el modelo federal IMSS-BIENESTAR, as\u00ed como reforzar la atenci\u00f3n a la salud mental y a las adicciones desde una perspectiva de salud p\u00fablica y de respeto a los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con estas reformas, se avanzar\u00e1 en la armonizaci\u00f3n normativa que permitir\u00e1 al estado mantenerse en congruencia con el mandato federal, fortaleciendo a la salud como un derecho humano fundamental, que conlleva a brindar servicios m\u00e9dicos conforme a los est\u00e1ndares nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Una vez aprobado el dictamen, la presidencia de las comisiones unidas instruy\u00f3 su remisi\u00f3n a la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica y a la Mesa Directiva del Congreso del Estado para su tr\u00e1mite correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
