Las y los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, Gobernaci\u00f3n y Justicia y Asuntos Pol\u00edticos, que preside el diputado Jaciel Gonz\u00e1lez Herrera, aprobaron el dictamen por el que se reforman, adicionan y derogan diversas disposiciones de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado de Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El dictamen tiene como prop\u00f3sito fortalecer el funcionamiento de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal mediante la actualizaci\u00f3n y armonizaci\u00f3n de diversas atribuciones de las dependencias que integran al Poder Ejecutivo, con el fin de garantizar una actuaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente, ordenada y coordinada, en congruencia con el marco jur\u00eddico vigente y los objetivos del Plan Estatal de Desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las reformas aprobadas precisan competencias, evitan duplicidades y fortalecen la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional de las diversas dependencias y entidades del Poder Ejecutivo, consolidando un modelo administrativo basado en los principios de legalidad, transparencia y buen gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con su aprobaci\u00f3n en Comisi\u00f3n, se instruy\u00f3 ser turnado a las presidencias de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Concertaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica y de la Mesa Directiva para seguir con su tr\u00e1mite legislativo correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
