El diputado H\u00e9ctor Israel Ortiz Ortiz present\u00f3 ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto para declarar el 28 de mayo de cada a\u00f1o como \u00abD\u00eda de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Tlaxcala\u00bb, en reconocimiento a la labor educativa y social que esta instituci\u00f3n ha desempe\u00f1ado, como impulsora del desarrollo cultural, acad\u00e9mico y econ\u00f3mico de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el legislador destac\u00f3 que la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Tlaxcala se ha consolidado como uno de los principales motores del progreso estatal al formar generaciones de profesionistas con s\u00f3lida preparaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y compromiso social, adem\u00e1s de fortalecer la investigaci\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n y la difusi\u00f3n cultural mediante un modelo educativo de car\u00e1cter humanista orientado a la transformaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La propuesta tambi\u00e9n subraya que la M\u00e1xima Casa de Estudios cuenta con una amplia oferta acad\u00e9mica de licenciatura y posgrado, presencia en distintos municipios del estado y una matr\u00edcula superior a los 23 mil estudiantes, lo que refleja su impacto en la ampliaci\u00f3n de oportunidades educativas y en la formaci\u00f3n de profesionistas que contribuyen al desarrollo de Tlaxcala y del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
