Comisionado del Instituto de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales del Estado de M\u00e9xico y Municipios (INFOEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n En el Auditorio \u00abJos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Gudi\u00f1o Pelayo\u00bb del Centro de Investigaciones Jur\u00eddico-Pol\u00edticas de la UATx, el especialista destac\u00f3 la necesidad de fortalecer en las instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior una cultura de respeto a la privacidad y de responsabilidad en el manejo de la informaci\u00f3n personal, frente a los desaf\u00edos del entorno digital y el uso cotidiano de plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bajo la moderaci\u00f3n del Maestro David Cabrera Canales, Coordinador de la CIIT, el Doctor Parra destac\u00f3 que cualquier informaci\u00f3n que permita identificar o hacer identificable a una persona constituye un dato personal y, por tanto, debe ser protegida para salvaguardar la privacidad y los derechos individuales, por lo que comparti\u00f3 con las y los asistentes recomendaciones pr\u00e1cticas para el resguardo de datos sensibles en el \u00e1mbito universitario y en la vida digital cotidiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En sus respectivas participaciones, el Doctor Alfredo Ad\u00e1n Pimentel, Coordinador del Staff de Rector\u00eda, y el Doctor Ren\u00e9 Elizalde Salazar, Presidente del Observatorio, coincidieron en se\u00f1alar la importancia de llevar a cabo este tipo de actividades para que la comunidad estudiantil y acad\u00e9mica se informe sobre sus derechos y la protecci\u00f3n de datos personales en virtud que las universidades se constituyen como grandes bases de datos de car\u00e1cter personal para tr\u00e1mites educativos, de ah\u00ed, la relevancia de salvaguardar esta informaci\u00f3n, bajo
