acoso sexual callejero y el que se presenta en unidades del transporte p\u00fablico, la diputada Modesta Delgado Ju\u00e1rez present\u00f3 un punto de acuerdo para exhortar a las Secretar\u00edas de Seguridad P\u00fablica y de Movilidad y Transporte, as\u00ed como a los Ayuntamientos y a los Concejos Municipales de la entidad, a implementar protocolos y programas que permitan realizar acciones preventivas de capacitaci\u00f3n y actuaci\u00f3n de manera uniforme y eficaz, con la finalidad de resguardar y proteger la integridad de las mujeres poblanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s12\">&nbsp;La legisladora consider\u00f3 que la adopci\u00f3n de protocolos y programas claros, as\u00ed como la capacitaci\u00f3n especializada, env\u00edan un mensaje institucional de&nbsp;cero tolerancia&nbsp;frente a estas conductas y de impulso de acciones administrativas y operativas concretas que permitan cumplir, de manera efectiva, con las obligaciones ya existentes en el marco jur\u00eddico nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s12\">Para su estudio procedente, el punto de acuerdo fue enviado a la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad
