{"id":132810,"date":"2026-04-02T11:37:02","date_gmt":"2026-04-02T17:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=132810"},"modified":"2026-04-02T11:37:02","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T17:37:02","slug":"fortalecer-la-proteccion-del-derecho-de-ninas-ninos-y-adolescentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariolanoticia.com.mx\/?p=132810","title":{"rendered":"Fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n del derecho de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"s12\">Con el objetivo de fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n del derecho a la alimentaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes en Puebla, la diputada Fedrha Isabel Suriano Corrales present\u00f3 una iniciativa para crear el Registro Estatal de Obligaciones Alimentarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s12\">Mediante la propuesta se reforman y adicionan diversos art\u00edculos de la Ley de los Derechos de las Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Estado, para establecer un mecanismo administrativo que permita identificar el incumplimiento de obligaciones alimentarias y mejorar la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional, en armon\u00eda con el Registro Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s12\">\u201cHablar del derecho a la alimentaci\u00f3n no es hablar de una concesi\u00f3n del Estado ni de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica optativa, es hablar de un derecho humano fundamental reconocido por la comunidad internacional, por nuestra Constituci\u00f3n y por el marco jur\u00eddico que protege a las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes de M\u00e9xico\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s12\">La legisladora destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa prioriza el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez, no tiene car\u00e1cter punitivo y garantiza el respeto a la protecci\u00f3n de datos personales, pues busca asegurar el acceso oportuno a los alimentos como condici\u00f3n indispensable para el desarrollo integral de la infancia y adolescencia en la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objetivo de fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n del derecho a la alimentaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes en Puebla, la diputada Fedrha Isabel Suriano Corrales present\u00f3 una iniciativa para crear el Registro Estatal de Obligaciones Alimentarias.
