Por convocatoria del Sindicato de Trabajadores y Empleados de Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior del Estado de Tlaxcala (STEIESET) se realiz\u00f3 la conferencia \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc28 \ud835\udc26\ud835\udc22 \ud835\udc0b\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc28 \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc23\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b en el Centro Cultural Universitario de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Tlaxcala (CCU-UATx), en el marco de las actividades conmemorativas por el \ud835\udc03\ud835\udc22\u0301\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc08\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1a \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc23\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En un espacio de introspecci\u00f3n, di\u00e1logo y reflexi\u00f3n sobre el papel de la mujer en la familia y la sociedad, la Licenciada Mar\u00eda del Sol Ramos L\u00f3pez, especialista en constelaciones familiares, invit\u00f3 a las asistentes a analizar los roles y responsabilidades que, por tradici\u00f3n o mandato social, muchas mujeres han asumido a lo largo de su vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La actividad promovi\u00f3 el di\u00e1logo y la conciencia sobre el papel de la mujer en la sociedad contempor\u00e1nea, adem\u00e1s, la especialista hizo \u00e9nfasis en que la mujer puede desempe\u00f1ar diversos roles sin tener que asumir cargas que no le corresponden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hizo un llamado a hombres y mujeres para hacer conciencia de lo que se sostiene sin que corresponda, porque hay diversas repercusiones, por ejemplo, el cuerpo empieza a hablar cuando no hay contenci\u00f3n y se presentan s\u00edntomas de ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n o estr\u00e9s, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La exposici\u00f3n se complement\u00f3 con din\u00e1micas que permitieron a los asistentes conocer herramientas que est\u00e1n a su alcance para procurar una vida libre, plena y feliz, sin sentimientos de culpa. Y tambi\u00e9n qued\u00f3 claro que es importante tomar alg\u00fan tipo de terapia para reconocer situaciones que derivan en la p\u00e9rdida de la esencia de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
