En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del Pleno, el diputado David Mart\u00ednez del Razo, present\u00f3 la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto para reformar los art\u00edculos 629 y 630 del C\u00f3digo Civil del Estado de Tlaxcala, con el objetivo de modernizar y eficientar los procesos relacionados con el registro de defunciones y la disposici\u00f3n final de los cuerpos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante su exposici\u00f3n de motivos, Mart\u00ednez del Razo, destac\u00f3 la necesidad de actualizar la legislaci\u00f3n local para eliminar vac\u00edos normativos, reducir la carga burocr\u00e1tica y evitar irregularidades en tr\u00e1mites que impactan directamente a las familias en situaciones sensibles. La propuesta contempla la emisi\u00f3n inmediata de autorizaciones para inhumaci\u00f3n o cremaci\u00f3n por parte del Registro Civil, as\u00ed como su validez en cualquier municipio sin necesidad de tr\u00e1mites adicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, la Iniciativa establece plazos claros para la disposici\u00f3n final de los cuerpos, regula el procedimiento en casos de registros extempor\u00e1neos y fortalece los mecanismos de control en situaciones especiales, como muertes violentas o sin certificado m\u00e9dico, en armon\u00eda con la legislaci\u00f3n nacional en materia de salud y desaparici\u00f3n de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
